Abstract
Performance Evaluation System is a control and evaluation process based on Performance Planning, which consists of programs and activities that will be and have been implemented as well as performance indicators achieved by the planning entity. E-monev is an application for reporting data on the results of monitoring the implementation of the current year's development plan. The e- monev application focuses on reporting data on the realization of the complete implementation of the KL Renja (input, output, outcome). The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the use of electronic monitoring and evaluation (e-monev) at the District Development Planning Agency. This type of research uses qualitative research, namely researchers who are intended to describe the phenomenon of events, activities, and data collection methods using interview and documentation methods. The result of this research is that the e- monev program of the regional development planning agency in Bengkalis Regency is an innovative system that helps the monitoring and evaluation process.
