Abstract
The general objective of this final project is to find out how to plan and make a Pukis Pelangi "Cake" business. The specific objectives of this final project are to find out the raw materials used, to find out how the production process of “Pukis Pelangi” Cake, and to find out the obstacles and solutions faced during the production process. The project implementation method consists of four stages, namely Project Preparation, Project Implementation, Project Completion, and Project Reporting. The end result of this product is to produce a new product, Cake Pukis. The production process is divided into several stages: The process of providing raw materials for production, processing of making pukia cakes, baking pukis, spreading chocolate on top of pukis cake and sprinkling grated cheese, given jam and mesis. The obstacle that is faced is due to the fact that the cake product dough has long expanded, resulting in a long wait to expand and do the baking. The solution that is done is that it must always be stirred to quickly expand the dough.
