Abstract
This study aims to determine the exports flow in export activities on CV Pemuda Tiga Satu. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, which is explained systematically and describes accurately and clearly in research. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the research that has been done show that the export flow carried out by CV Pemuda Tiga Satu is in accordance with the regulations for the export-import process that have been determined. The process of the export flow from CV Pemuda Tiga Satu starts with looking for quality export commodities, managing documents and permits, quality assurance supervision, export shipping processes, export flows, payment processes that are carried out, as well as obstacles faced by CV Pemuda Tiga Satu and solutions get over it. Because the export flow carried out by CV Pemuda Tiga Satu is very clear and systematic so that this business has a great opportunity to expand its network and this is the reason why CV Pemuda Tiga Satu is one of the largest exporters in Riau in terms of non-oil exports.
