Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of DANA e-wallet service quality on customer satisfaction. This research falls into the quantitative research category, using primary data (questionnaires). The sampling method used was nonprobability sampling, with a total of 100 respondents. Information was collected using a questionnaire by distributing a link to the respondents in Bengkalis District. The questionnaire was analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple correlation tests, simple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (T). The findings of this study indicate a positive impact of DANA e-wallet service quality on customer satisfaction. This is evidenced by the significant impact of DANA e-wallet service quality on customer satisfaction, with a calculated t value > t table, namely 12.763 > 1.984.
