Pelanggan Shop is a fashion retail business that is quite popular in Bengkalis. It is known that the payment recording system at Toko Pelanggan Shop still uses a manual, non-computerized system. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a web-based cashier application that can address issues in transaction services, thus improving satisfaction for both customers and business owners. This application was designed using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. The application features include login data, a homepage, product features, product category features, incoming goods features, user management, cashier features, and reporting features. The results of this project indicate that the application functions properly and provides convenience for the store owner in managing daily operations. With an integrated and web-based system, the sales process becomes faster, more accurate, and more efficient. Additionally, the application offers flexibility for the store owner to access data any”Ime ’nd anywhere through an internet connection.
