The purpose of this study is to find out what causes the length of the Dahsuskim process, to find out the impact on shipping agencies due to the slow Dahsuskim process, to find out what efforts are made by PT. Pelayaran Citrasntirta Tatasarana Batam. The methods that will be used in this study are observation, interview, and documentation methods. The researcher examines the analysis of Dahsuskim process. The author will conduct research at PT. Pelayaran Citranstirta Tatasarana Batam from February to July 2025. The results of this study are expected to interview related parties including operational team of PT. Pelayaran Citranstirta Tatasarana Batam. the results of this study, the first is what causes the length of the Dahsuskim process, This is due to the long processing procedures and also the very time consuming process of issuing the Dahsuskim Decree, the second is the impact on shipping agencies due to the slow processing of Dahsuskim, where agents must prepare documents within 10-7 days before 30 days, the third is what efforts are made by PT. Pelayaran Citrasntirta Tatasarana Batam. carried out by the applicant or agent, of course, must have a document control in the form of an excel passport or a document containing a list of foreign crew passports that will be operating in Indonesian waters for more than 30 days starting from the date of the ship's arrival stamp on the passport.
