Upaya Penerapan Standar Operasional Di Terminal Khusus PT. Pertamina RU II Sungai Pakning

The problem in this study is the existence of workers who do not comply with company regulations in terms of security and work safety. The purpose of this final project research is to determine the implementation of operational standards at the special terminal of PT. Pertamina RU II Sungai Pakning, to determine the obstacles in the implementation of operational standards, and to determine the efforts to implement the implementation of operational standards. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. This research was calculated from February to July. The results of the study indicate that PT Pertamina RU II has taken various steps in implementing SOPs, including ensuring all workers use safety equipment during operational activities, ensuring the health of workers when they want to come to work. Secondly, the obstacles experienced when implementing operational standards at the special terminal of PT. Pertamina RU II Sungai Pakning are the lack of self-awareness of workers who are negligent and do not care about the SOPs that have been implemented and inadequate facilities that cause danger to workers and operational activities. Thirdly, efforts to implement operational standards at the special terminal of PT. Pertamina RU II Sungai Pakning is a company that imposes sanctions on workers who commit violations, conducts briefings before carrying out work and carries out routine maintenance and care for facilities at the special terminal
