Prosedur Penerbitan Sertifikat Ship Sanitation Melalui Aplikasi Sinkarkes Pada PT. Samudera Sarana Karunia

This study discusses the procedure for issuing Ship Sanitation through the SINKARKES application at PT. Samudera Sarana Karunia which is an important part of arrival and departure permit process. Ship Sanitation is needed to ensure that the ship is free from infectuis diseases. This study aims to determine the procedure for issuing Ship Sanitation at PT. Samudera Sarana Karunia and find out the document needed for issuing Ship Sanitation, as well as analyze the obstacles that occur in the process of issuing Ship Sanitation. This study uses a qualitative research method in Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA), with data collection techniques through observation, documentation, and interviews with employees of PT. Samudera Sarana Karunia. The results show that although the SINKARKES system improves efficiency, there are still challenges such as lack of user understanding, limited infrastructure, as well as technical and regulatory barriers. Regular training, facility improvements, and optimized coordination are needed to enhance the smoothness of the certificate issuance process..
