Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of teamwork on employee performance at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Bengkalis District. This research is an associative study with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with a saturated sampling method, meaning the entire population of 61 respondents was used as the sample. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression. The results showed that teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the value of Tcount > Ttable, namely 9.686 > 2,001, and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, H₀ is rejected and H₁ is accepted, indicating that teamwork significantly affects employee performance at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Bengkalis District. The influence of teamwork on employee performance is 61,4 %, while the remaining 38,6 % is influenced by other variables not examined in this study, such as work motivation, work environment, and leadership.
