This final project research proposal is related to the prosedues for food supply services to vessels. The purpose of this research is to investigate how to improve the quality of food supply services to vessels, identify the challenges faced in the food supply service procedures, and determine the effective and efficient procedures for food supply services to vessels at PT. Sultan Trans Senosa. The scope of this research is limited to the impact of food supply services at PT. Sultan Trans Sentosa on the pocess of food supply services to vessels. This research will employ a qualitative approach using direct observation, documentation, Lad data collectionn from various sources, including document, books, and photos taken duing the research activities. The results of this research show that the procedure for supplying basic foodstuffs is already effective and efficient, but there are obstacles such as delays in delivery of basicfoodstuffs that can cause ships to not sail on time. Additionally, improving serice quality can increase customer satisfaction in loyalty and enhance the company's reputation, productivity, and cutomer trust.
