Kendala Dalam Proses Penerbitan Bill Of Lading Oleh PT. Zenit Maritim Indonesia Dumai Pada Mt. Stolt Sincerity

PT. Zenit Maritim Indonesia Dumai located at Jl. Tenaga no. 12, Dumai City, Dumai City District, Dumai City, Riau, is a shipping company engaged in ship agency services. Services in the field of ship agency both domestically and internationally, managing the process of signing/terminating the work of ship crews and assisting in the management of import and export of goods, one of which is the creation of Bill of Lading. The purpose of this study is to determine the obstacles in the process of issuing Bill of Lading and to find out efforts to overcome obstacles in the process of issuing Bill of Lading. The data collection methods used in this are observation, interviews and documentation at PT. Zenit Maritim Indonesia Dumai. In this study, qualitative data analysis techniques will be used which will then be described descriptively or displayed according to the reality and facts in the field. The results of the study indicate that obstacles in the Bill of Lading process by PT. Zenit Maritim Indonesia Dumai on the MT. Stolt Sincerity ship are caused by errors in filling out documents, repeated revision requests from the owner. Efforts made to overcome this are by improving commu.
