This final assignment is a stage to carry out research that aims to determine the process of procuring ship engine spare parts in the delay of the MT. Manigom Nauli ship departure by PT. Gardatama Anugerah Segara Sejahtera. The data
collection techniques in this study, using observation methods conducted directly in the field, interview methods for targeted and related parties, and using
documentation methods and for data analysis techniques this author uses qualitative methods which are then described descriptively. The results of the study indicate that the process of procuring ship engine spare parts in the delay of
the MT. Manigom Nauli ship departure has run as it should have followed systematic procedures and in accordance with the company's operational standards. However, the process of procuring ship engine spare parts that are carried out still often experience obstacles such as the occurrence of obstacles to delaying ship departures that often occur due to lack of stock of spare parts needed by the ship. so that efforts to minimize obstacles in the process of
procuring ship engine spare parts can be done by the ship's crew must ensure inventory or have routine checks on the ship's engine to avoid damage when the
ship is operating.
