Pineapple processing in MSMEs often faces ergonomic challenges due to the use of work tables that do not suit the posture and comfort of workers. This condition risks
causing fatigue and work injuries that impact productivity. This study aims to design an ergonomic work table that suits the needs of pineapple processing. The methods used include an anthropometric approach, ergonomic principles, and the
MODAPTS method to analyze work movement efficiency. Measurements of standing elbow height and arm span length were taken on five respondents and analyzed to obtain ideal table dimensions. The results showed that a table design
with a height of 100 cm, a width of 68 cm, and a length of 200 cm can reduce the workload imbalance between the hands and increase work time efficiency. This design is expected to reduce musculoskeletal complaints and increase the comfort and productivity of pineapple processing workers.
