Aplikasi Jadwal Dokter Serta Pendaftaran Pasien Secara Online Berbasis Web

With today's technological advances, especially in this era where everything is online and practical, especially in the healthcare sector, Dr. R.M. Pratomo Bagansiapiapi Regional Hospital provides information on doctor schedules and online patient registration for general patients. This final project aims to develop a website-based online doctor schedule and patient registration application that can provide information on doctor schedules and online registration for general patients. The method used in developing this application is the waterfall method, with the following stages: problem identification, data collection, system design, implementation, and testing. The application was built using the PHP programming language with the Laravel 12 framework and a MySQL database. The development results showed that the application could be successfully used to display doctor schedules and conduct online registration. The application was also tested and found to run smoothly on various devices and browsers. In conclusion, the application is capable of providing real-time doctor schedule information and online patient registration for general patients.
