Aplikasi Informasi E-Laundry Berbasis Web (Studi Kasus: Laundry Buk Iral)

Laundry Buk Iral is a home-based laundry service business that previously used manual recording, often encountering challenges in data retrieval, report calculations, and work efficiency. This research aims to build a website-based E- Laundry information application to digitally manage order, service, customer, payment, and report data. The development method used is the waterfall method, including problem identification, data collection, system design, implementation, and testing. The application was built using PHP with the Laravel 11 framework and a MySQL database. The development results show that the application is successfully used to manage order, customer, service, and transaction data, as well as displaying revenue reports automatically. The application has also been tested and can run well on various devices and browsers. In conclusion, this application is able to replace the manual system with a more efficient, accurate, and professional digital system. This system also helps speed up the service process, improve the regularity of transaction recording, and make it easier for staff to present reports to the business owner.
