Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Petshop Berbasis Website Pada Hijrah Petshop

Hijrah Petshop is a business that provides various needs and services for pets, such as food, medicine, accessories, grooming, and cat boarding. In its operations, Hijrah Petshop still uses a manual system, including transaction recording, stock management, and service booking, which are all done directly at the store. This often leads to recording errors, poorly organized service information, and limited customer reach. As a solution, a web-based petshop application was developed using PHP with the Laravel framework and MySQL database, designed to manage product data, grooming and boarding services, transactions, and online bookings. Customers can view products, choose services, fill in shipping address details, and make payments via bank transfer or other available methods. Trial results show that features such as registration, login, ordering, payment confirmation, and delivery status function as intended and support the process of shipping products directly to customers’ addresses, making the management and service process at Hijrah Petshop more structured and enabling easier online transactions.
