Abstract
The development of information technology has had a significant impact on various fields, including the tent rental business. Sanufa Tenda, as a tent rental service provider, still uses a manual system in its rental process, such as recording bookings in a physical book and having poorly organized product information. This results in limited access to information for customers and the potential for scheduling conflicts in tent rentals. Therefore, this study aims to design a web-based tent rental system by implementing the concept of Human Computer Interaction for Security. The system development method used is the Framework for the Application of Systems Thinking, which consists of several stages: Scope Definition, Problem Analysis, Requirement Analysis, Logical Design, Physical Design, Construction, and Testing. This system is designed to provide a better user experience with optimal security features, thereby reducing rental errors and improving structured data management. With this system, customers can easily access tent information, make real-time reservations, and ensure unit availability according to the schedule. The results of this study are expected to help Sanufa Tenda improve its rental services and expand its customer reach.
