Colouring Competition for Early Childhood (Case Study of the Finance Management)

Polbeng Business Expo chapter 1 is an activity carried out to help students and the surrounding community in increasing student entrepreneurship and self-potential. The Polbeng Business Expo Chapter 1 method is the first project carried out in providing and receiving material that has been studied in all courses in the international business administration course. The main project objective to be achieved in this final assignment is to create and organize a successful Polbeng Business Expo event. Looking for and determining sponsorship criteria, registering participants, knowing the planning and realization of the budget during operations, knowing the obstacles that occur, looking for solutions to these obstacles. Delivering and organizing Polbeng Business Expo chapter 1 activities through participant feedback. The project results show that the technical aspects of operational and financial work in implementation activities are divided into several stages, namely the stage of searching for sponsors, determining the operational budget, obstacles that occur, solutions to the obstacles faced and project evaluation. The colouring event at the Polbeng Business Expo will be held on Wednesday and Thursday, 30-31 October 2024 in the Commercial Administration Building on the 1st floor State Polytechnic Oof Bengkalis starting at 10:00-12:30 on Wednesday and 08:00-12:30 on Thursday WIB. The colouring event at Polbeng Business Expo Chapter 1 was able to run smoothly thanks to the teamwork consisting of 9 committee members. In this agenda there was one speaker and 104 participants who attended on both days. The technical spec of work in implementing activities is divided into several stages, namely the project preparation stage, project implementation stage, project completion and project reporting.
