Abstract
The implementation of digital marketing through social media has proven effective in increasing sales and product visibility, especially for small businesses such as Rumah Mutiara Cake MSMEs. Digital marketing not only focuses on increasing sales, but also plays a role in building an active community, expanding market reach, and strengthening the relationship between businesses and consumers. This project aims to determine the application of digital marketing at Rumah Mutiara Cake MSME in Bengkalis District, develop a digital marketing model or framework, analyze SWOT
to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and examine the obstacles and solutions faced during the digital marketing process. This project was carried out through the stages of preparation, implementation, completion, and reporting, with a location on Jalan Kelapapati Darat, Bengkalis. The results of the project implementation show that the application of digital
marketing through social media, especially Instagram and TikTok, provides a significant increase in the number of followers, interactions, and sales of products increased in 1 month.
