Abstract

At Dr. Pratama Clinic. Moris, registration and management of patient data is still done manually, that is, using paper, causing patient queues to become longer, the order of patients is unclear, and the performance of staff and medical personnel is less than optimal. The aim of this research is to design a system that can help staff and medical personnel optimize services in clinics, as well Patients can register online. Application of algorithms First Come First Served can arrange patient sequences to be more structured and algorithmic Priority Service aims to prioritize patients who have a higher priority level. This system can make it easier for doctors to view patient data and send prescriptions to pharmacists digitally. The research results show that this system makes it easier for patients to register digitally, increasing the efficiency of staff performance and overall clinic services. As a result, implementing the First Come First Served and Priority Service algorithms can help officers organize queues and see high priority patients.
