Perancangan Aplikasi Marketplace Barang Bekas Kos Berbasis Web

Students living in boarding houses often have items that are no longer used but are still suitable for use. However, students who want to sell or buy used boarding house items often face difficulties in finding suitable items or users. This study aims to design and develop a web-based marketplace application for used boarding house items to help students buy and sell used goods. The methods used in this study include requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and application testing. The application provides features such as registration, login, item
management, item search by category, shopping cart, chat between users, and transactions using Cash on Delivery (COD) and transfer methods through a joint
account managed by the administrator. The results of this study show that the application was successfully developed and all features functioned properly based on the testing results. With this application, students can more easily sell and buy used boarding house items through a single application.
