Abstract
This project aims to identify and analyze the marketing mix used by Waroeng A&K, an MSME engaged in the culinary sector in Bengkalis. Furthermore, this project aims to implement digital marketing as a promotional strategy to expand market reach and increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital era. This project also includes a SWOT analysis to evaluate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats as a basis for developing appropriate marketing strategies. Additionally, the project aims to identify challenges encountered during the implementation of digital marketing and the solutions applied to address these challenges. The project implementation methodology consists several stages, including SWOT analysis, STP analysis, content calendar development, content creation, selection of relevant social media platforms such as Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and Facebook, and registering SMEs on the Maxim app as product delivery partners. The results of this project show that digital marketing can have a positive impact on SMEs, particularly in enhancing customer interaction through social media and increasing product orders. However, challenges encountered during the project include insufficient time from SME owners for communication and limited skills in content editing. The solutions implemented to address these challenges included enhancing communication through third parties and using user-friendly editing applications
