Aplikasi Pemesanan Jasa Undangan Pernikahan Berbasis AR (Augmented Reality) Menggunakan Metode Design Thinking

This study discusses the development of a wedding invitation ordering application based on Augmented Reality (AR) using the Design Thinking method. AR technology enables users to view and interact with virtual objects integrated into the real world, offering a new experience in presenting wedding invitations. Using the Design Thinking method, the application was developed through the stages of empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and testing, aiming to produce innovative and interactive solutions for prospective brides and grooms. The application not only simplifies the wedding invitation ordering process but also enhances the user experience through AR visualization. By collecting and processing respondent data using the System Usability Scale (SUS) scoring method, the system achieved a score of 75.3, which, according to SUS interpretation, indicates the system is rated as "Good." This improvement contributes to enhanced user satisfaction in the ordering process and increased efficiency in interactions with AR wedding invitations. This application is expected to contribute to innovation in the field of information technology and the wedding industry.
