Abstract

West Pasaman Regency has good agricultural land and most of the residents work as farmers. However, there are still obstacles in the marketing of agricultural products where farmers still sell their products to traditional markets and their own homes. In addition, farmers also find it difficult to find daily workers who work on the farm. Based on the problems above, it is necessary to build a digital farmer market application to sell agricultural products and find daily job vacancies. The method used is the RUP method of software development which is carried out repeatedly and gradually. There are 4 stages in the RUP, namely the initial stage of defining system requirements using the system design, then adjusting the initial design. The second stage is the elaboration stage where at this stage the needs are increased with use case diagrams, design diagrams and application prototypes. Elaboration of test cases by validating features and user interface designs. The third stage is the construction of the implementation of the system that has been built with black box testing. The last stage is the transition that will be tested at the end of the system that has been created. The test was carried out using a questionnaire technique conducted by 20 farmers with the results obtained 76% (Enough) so that the RUP method is a good method in system development.
