Abstract
Kembung Luar road to Teluk Lancar is a road that connects the two villages. This road has a pavement condition that is no longer suitable for use due to damage. Therefore, the Bengkalis District Public Works Office included the road in the Special Allocation Fund program for the 2020 budget year. However, the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing wants LHR survey data, and Land Supporting Capacity / DDT, as data to determine the thickness of the pavement want to plan in that location To answer the problems that exist above, and as the purpose of this planning, it is necessary to plan the pavement thickness using LHR data and basic soil bearing capacity data. On the other hand, it is necessary to design a budget for this type of rigid pavement. Based on the Road Pavement Design Manual method for 2017 obtained a concrete slab thickness of 180 mm. With a planned budget of Rp. Rp.10.296.380.000.00.
