Abstract
Petshop is a service business that deals with pets. In this business, a pet shop sells food and supplies for animals such as cats, dogs, fish, and birds. In addition to selling animal needs, pet shops also provide grooming services, animal care, and animal treatment. But sometimes customers have trouble finding pet shops with complete and quality products and the distance of the house from the pet shop. From the problems obtained, the solution to make it easier for customers to get petshops quickly is to build a Website-Based Petshop Application in the Bengkalis District so that customers can find out the existence of petshops with their respective qualities in the Bengkalis District area so that customers can order products with COD (Cash On Delivery) payments from these pet shops as well as for online sales media to people around Bengkalis District. The test results show that the application runs well, such as the rating and comment features, the Whatsapp feature, and payment via COD (Cash On Delivery).
