Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of completeness of facilities on student satisfaction and how much student response to the completeness of facilities provided by the Bengkalis State Polytechnic campus. The objects in this study were Bengkalis State Polytechnic students consisting of 47 men and 53 women. The type of research used in this research is associative research by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents using the nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling. The test results show that the completeness of the facilities has a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction, meaning that the variable of completeness of facilities is one of the variables that can be used to measure student satisfaction. The determinant coefficient (KD) is 0.737 or 73.7%, which means that the completeness of the facilities affects student satisfaction by 73.7% while the remaining 26.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
