The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of work discipline on employee performance at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk Bengkalis Unit. The type of research used is the type of associative research. The sample used in this study was 55 respondents of permanent employees at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk Bengkalis City Unit Bengkalis Branch Office. The data analysis technique used is a simple regression analysis technique. Based on the results of the significance test calculation, the tcount value is 7.335 > ttable 2.182 with a significance value of 0.000 < α =0.05. The test results show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This research contributes to expanding the understanding of the importance of work discipline as a factor that affects employee performance. In addition, the results of this research can be the basis for company management in designing performance improvement strategies, especially through law enforcement and the development of a disciplined work culture. In addition, this research also provides practical implications for organizations in managing human resources more effectively, as well as being a reference for future research in the field of human resource management.
