The final project is a stage to carry out research that aims to determine the implementation of the use of the customs manifest application in the inward and outward issuance process at PT. GASS. The formulation of the problem in this
study is how the application of the customs manifest application in the inward and outward issuance process at PT. GASS, what are the factors that hinder the application of the customs manifest application in the inward and outward issuance process at PT. GASS and how efforts are made to overcome the problems of the application of the customs manifest application in the inward and outward issuance process at PT. GASS. The data collection technique in this study uses a direct observation method and for the data analysis technique, this author uses a qualitative method which is then described descriptively. The results of the study show that the application of the customs manifest application in the inward and outward issuance process runs by following the appropriate procedures in the applicable SOP. However, the application of the manifest application that is carried out still often experiences obstacles such as technical obstacles such as errors/slow processes in the manifest application. Meanwhile, efforts made to overcome obstacles that occur in the manifest application include the company needing to upgrade server capacity and employees must always ensure the network is good before submitting inward and outward issuance requests.
