This final project aims to determine the role of ship agencies in serving clean water filling for the needs of MV. Eastern Fair By PT. Ramajaya Samudra Sejati. Ship agencies have an important role in ensuring the smooth service of ships while in port, including in the provision of clean water. The purpose of this study is to determine the process of clean water filling services, obstacles faced, and efforts made by PT. Ramajaya Samudra Sejati to improve clean water services by agencies in ensuring the availability of clean water according to ship needs Therefore the author uses observation, interview, and documentation methods.
This study uses qualitative techniques which are then described descriptively. The results of this study indicate that the process of filling clean water must be coordinated first before filling clean water. The constraints that are often faced include limited clean water supply, pipe damage, PDAM shutdown, bad weather, and improving the quality of clean water supplied with effective technology, the timeliness of the clean water filling process, the clean water provided must meet standards.
