Abstract

This web-based reservation and service management system is designed to facilitate users in booking barbershop services online. The system allows users to select a barber, view the
barber's profile, choose a barber stylist, and set a reservation schedule based on the available year, month, date, and time slots. After making a reservation, users are directed to the payment page, where they can view order details, upload proof of payment, and receive notifications once the payment is confirmed by the admin. In its development, this system implements the Black Box Testing concept to ensure that the available features function according to user needs. The test results indicate that the system has successfully managed reservations, services, and payments effectively. However, some shortcomings need improvement, such as the absence of a confirmation message on the registration form, the need for enhanced input validation, and further testing of
notification management. With this system, barbershop service management is expected to become more efficient, reach a broader customer base, and provide better transparency in transactions and payments. Further development is necessary to enhance user experience and ensure optimal system functionality under various usage conditions.
