Pengaruh Cita Rasa Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Pada Resto Law Chicken (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis)

This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative method that aims to analyze the effect of taste on consumer satisfaction at the Law Chicken restaurant (Case Study of Bengkalis State Polytechnic Students). The data sources used in this study use primary data sources. The sampling technique uses Nonprobability Sampling with 100 respondents. Data collection uses a questionnaire by distributing it online to Bengkalis State Polytechnic Students who are respondents and analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple correlation tests, determination tests (R), simple linear regression tests and T tests. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influenc between taste and consumer satisfaction at the Law Chicken restaurant (Case Study of Bengkalis State Polytechnic Students).
